Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality - The mission of the DEQ's non-regulatory Small Business Assistance Program is to provide technical assistance to small business owners in
complying with state and federal environmental regulations.

The Procurement Technical Assistance Center was established to generate  employment and improve the general economy of Louisiana by assisting business firms in obtaining and performing under the U.S. Department of Defense, other federal agencies, state and local government contracts. 

Incumbent Worker Training Program  -This program provides grants to eligible businesses to pay for highly customized training and skills development programs. Employers select their own qualified training providers and identify their own objectives and curricula. Companies can obtain a grant to train different departments in different skills or focus more narrowly on a particular skill development.
