ILTAP Assistance to Small Firms Program

Required Information

Please provide SLEC with a sample listing of your completed projects pertaining to your consulting expertise and return it to us with the accompanying completed Consultant Information Form.

To be considered as a resource for small businesses under this program, please review and sign the Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality Policy for Consultants form. Upon completion, please return all documents to:

The President/CEO of SLEC reserves the right to review proposals and make an award based upon weighted scoring criteria emphasizing ability to meet the minimum qualifications and detailed delivery of the scope of services in an efficient and effective manner.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Consultant must be able to provide counseling services that are applicable to the program's deliverables.
  • Consultant must have experience with counseling clients in specified field of service.
  • Consultant must have a degree or a significant number of years working in the specified field of service.
  • Consultant must be located within a reasonable distance of our clients utilizing the SLEC/OCD ILTAP Assistance to Small Firms Program.
  • Consultant must agree to and sign the SLEC/OCD ILTAP Assistance to Small Firms Program, Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality Policy for Consultants.
  • Consultant must agree to deliver the appropriate monthly documentation of services, and adhere to all guidelines set forth by the SLEC/OCD ILTAP Assistance to Small Firms Program.
  • Consultant must agree to the terms and payment reimbursement structure set forth in their contract with the South Louisiana Economic Council.
